Fighters Notebook worth the $$?

Hey, I live up in Canada so the fighters notebook & DVD special works out to like $140 bux by the time its shipped an duty is payed and stuff. How good is this package? Or would there be a better way for me to spend this money? I want to give it as a gift to an instructor friend of mine as a learning resource.

a gook hooker. But seriously, the fighter notebook is just crammed full of technique and training tools, I will always recommend one. Haven't seen the DVDs though. SPROUT
