Used well height is a huge advantage…but elite short guys spend a lifetime fighting taller guys and have to know how to negotiate height disadvantages.

It’s easier to learn how to use height against shorter opponents than vice versa.
If it were easier, shorties would rule the gym.
Reach is a paradigm of superiority, it’s simply an advantage, just like power or endurance.
