For me, there are only two. In their entire careers, I have never picked against Daniel Cormier and Khabib.
GSP comes close. I picked Hughes in the first fight, but otherwise never picked against him.

Interesting. When did you start watching MM fight? Did you bet on him over Cruz? I was split on him in the FW tournament; didn’t make picks for those fights.
i trained at Serras and at the time I honestly thought he would KO GSP.But all other GSP fights.The first DC-Jones fight was a toss up for me .Not fan of Jones but I always expect him to win.I saw him wrestle when he was in HS and not suprised hes as good as he is.And back in the day Rickson Gracie
Thinking about it, I don’t think I have ever bet against Gaethje. I cannot remember my prediction for the Tony fight; I likely called it a toss up. But, I picked him for every WSOF fight since I first saw him fight and I picked him for all his UFC fights.

Hard to say if there is anyone other than Jones or Khabib who I didn't believe would ever lose. I thought he would beat DC, but otherwise I thought DC would win any fight after the bigfoot ko and Barnett slam.
Currently I think Chimaev has a chance to be like that, but I'd need to see something impressive against a bigger name.

Yup. It depends how slowly they build him up. O’Malley, too. If either guy gets built up slowly and keeps winning, I might never bet against them. More likely for Chimaev, since I usually favor wrestlers.
That said, I’m not sure I’ll bet against Israel anytime soon.

I actually started to really follow him during 2nd McCall fight. I loved their first fight but after the 2nd fight I thought he was special.
I, also, thought Cruz was special during his run.
Jones and GSP. I was pretty sure they would win every time they fought.
Khabib - Justin will be the first fight I will pick against him.
Anderson went on that crazy run, but we all knew he was vulnerable to take downs so there was always a chance.
Fedor - I often expected him to lose but he kept on winning to my surprise.
Jon Jones is the only one I can think of at the moment. I picked GSP to lose to Matt Hughes in their first fight, and I also picked Karo to beat him during GSP’s UFC debut fight. I feel like I stupidly picked RDA over Khabib when they fought.
