It was because my address changed and I didn't change it in my iTunes account ...
So if you have a subscription thru iTunes and your address changes change it asap or they will bill you 5 times :)

I've had problems like that as well. I tried to log on yesterday, told me my password was wrong. Tried resetting my password and then it told me that no account under my email exists, even though I've been using it for months.
