In 2006 FILA has taken different steps to develop grappling and to integrate this wrestling style under its authority.
At present the World Grappling Committee, which is the sole authority entitled to organise all competitions and license the wrestlers, is composed of :

M. Alex Fernandez
M. Renzo Gracie
M. Hamid Kermanshah
M. Guy Neivens
M. Jason Townsend
Anybody in the States or in the world claiming to be entrusted with FILA authority is not telling the truth and wrestlers who whish to follow other persons would be in infringement of the rules of the sole organisation recognised worldwide to manage all the Olympic wrestling styles and other associated styles.
Been saying it evry ISWA thread that has been on here for the last 1.5 years... DROC, you have karate chopped the correct and STILL havent even scratched the surface of some announcments in the pipeline. Sucks top be sworn to secrecy. Congrats Jay and Will, will hows the Tee's comming along? TTT
