Someone asked me if there were any fighters of Filipino decent. The only ones that came to mind were Brandon Vera, Harris Sarmiento, and Anthony Torres.
Can you guys help me out with some more names?

Yes, theres a handful of MMA fighters back at home (Phils)
Go to fighters....theres a lot of them I guess
Alvin Aguilar..comes to mind. He's a black belt in BJJ (Gracie Barra Phils) I THINK.
Robbie Lawler said on an ICON Sport preview show that he was 1/4 Filipino and that's why he is so comfortable fighting in Hawaii.
eddie yagin
there's ton of bookbook (filipino) fighters in Hawaii
Good stuff. Any more UFC or former UFC fighters?
theyre too busy workin at mcdonald's, j/k.
Leigh Remedios, Ryan Diaz.
Don't forget Ryan Diaz!
I believe that Lawler's mom is a full-blooded Filipina. If she's mixed, she must be "Spanish" like Arianny.
fos
Ryan Diaz is a local fighter..down here in Vancouver, Canada :P

^ Ironically, I just watched last night's ICON Sport.TV earlier tonight on DVR & Lawler said that his mom's half-Filipino & half-Irish.
Torres was born in Saipan, not Guam. He's of Chamorro, Spanish and Irish origins, considers Hawaii home because he's been there since he was 12.

R. Ebanez, E. Yagin, Del Hawkins are of some Filipino heritage. I don't know about Palling.
These threads get weird. I doubt Kimo... Leopoldo is actually a Portuguese name. It's not like everybody from Hawaii is Filipino.

eben kaneshiro (yes, he has a japanese last name but is part filipino). and fo course the biggest name with filipino blood is brandon vera. the truth, baby.

Someone was asking me about a potential event in the Philapenes and the conversation evolved to Filipino fighters. I was kind of stumped.
