Filling the gas tank

scott, have you attempted to implement any of the ideas in the above links in the programs you are designing yet?

Colin, We are currently using a lot of the above drills or variations. However one of the sandbag links has a lot of great exercises that could be substituted with the dummy as you mentioned. I am debating making "a plan" with a lot of these exercises or having "interval training days" where the exercises are randomly selected to always shock the body a little different each workout. Anyhow it's a work in progress. Just looking for the miracle workout that dosn't exist.
