Finally got my blue

LOL. After 2 or 3 years (i can't even remember...) and plenty of tournament losses, i finally achieved my blue belt from Roberto Maia.

Thanks to chris owen, my coach, and congrats to the other guys who were promoted.

Congrats and welcome to the club!

vermonter and lew archer....congratulations on your blue....it's a long hard road from here....but fun.

congrats.

sweet. welcome to the club!

Now you are a member of the Sophomore class. Congrats ; and, I hope you don't fall into the Sophomore Slump. ;)

Congratulations!  I believe that this is the hardest belt to get, because the highest attrition rate by far occurs between white belt and blue belt!!

Vermonter and some of you newer blue belts,

How many days a week did you train BJJ (I'm not talking about conditioning or weight training or any of that stuff)?

Regardless, congratulations.

congrats

"How come you didn't write "Welcome to the club" when I posted a few months ago?"

Lew Archer,

I've been mostly away from the UG since about March. I tore my ACL and had to have reconstructive surgery so sitting by the computer begame a no-no.

For whats it worth.

Congratulations and welcome to the club!

congrats

Great job! Good for you! You've made it through the first gauntlet!
