finally knocked the rust off

Thank god!

its been 2 years since ive been to the old boxing gym, ive just been working mma and bjj for an mma fight this weekend.

ive been sparring alot with people who dont have a lot of experience and i could just not strike like i used to.

until last sunday

all of the sudden i had my footwork back, i was countering perfectly with my left hook, my timing and distance were also much improved.

has this happened to anyone else,

your out of the gym for a while,
spar a bit and suck for a long time,

then all of the sudden you are moving like you did before the long break?

yea plus youre getting stamia and endurance back fight should be great tester of condition 1 2 3 rounds as such
