Swick vs Monkey 2

I'm just going to point this out and leave the thread.

Shy Guy - Zhuikui Yao (1-2)My thoughts exactly. Sean Shelby makes some questionable moves

Man I'm really out of it. I recognize Kajan becuase I watched his season of TUF on FS reruns. Beyond that, I don't think I know any of these fighters. The TUF China winner should be recognizable, but I really can't place him by name.
I thought Faber vs Edgar was going to be on this card also. Maybe it hasnt been signed yet, or moved somewhere else.
Or maybe I'm old and got it all mixed up lol
RickStorm -They are the main event. I just didn't add them onto the list

glad it wasnt my oldness =)
Who?
ChrisLebensChin - Who?This is exactly why I put in the run down of who was who in the UFC.
Ticman is a really exciting guy. UFC caliber? Maybe not. Still very entertaining. Lipeng has already really improved and has some potential. If he can get passed a big time veteran like Kajan Johnson then he deserves his spot on the roster. Jon Tuck was high on everyone's prospects list because his skills are crazy good but he's inconsistent on fight day. Li Jingliang could do some damage in the division as well. He's a stiff test for anyone looking to take the next step up the ladder.
Don't know any of those guys.
Pretty shitty line up so far to say the least. Only two pinoy fighters on the card as well, what gives?
Why not add more latino fighters to make the card relevant? The Spanish colonised the Philippines so it'd make sense right? They already got a ton of random Asian fighters. Smh

I appreciate the rundown. VU.
I don't know how you do it. There was a time 6 or 7 years ago (even 3 years ago) that I could tell you something about every fighter on every card. Now I'm not even recognizing names, much less knowing any background on them. That's great for the growth of the sport, but makes it harder for me to personalie the viewing experience. Your little cheat sheet helps in this case.

But is it really great for the growth of the sport?
The UFC has started signing guys just to add some local flare to a card. Its not a good idea IMO, but they are the best in the biz at the moment, not me.
The best of the best!!
