I made an interesting observation maybe you can tell me something about it.
When I do hill sprints which are really intense and I really breath hard the best place for me to breath is when I use the flat foot squat.
When I´am on top of the hill I really breath hard and I go to the squat position and I can breath much better and my cardio is recovering easier.
What´s up with this? Did you recognize similar things?
