Anybody have these? I have a couple and I'm going out of town for the weekend,was gonna put them in the back of my truck,will they be ok if they get rained on or is it a no go? 
The cells they use dry out unlike the 2x1 mats so you should be OK but covet them up
Having them get soaked is probably not ideal. Buy a tarp 
I don't really have the time to get a tarp or anything, it's an hour drive and might not even rain I was just wondering if they will get ruined or not
That is a great question. I own flexi-roll as well. I asked Chuck Jefferson from Swain/Dollamur and he says the mats should be fine. However, if you leave them out in the sun too long they may warp.
