Can anyone suggest a good program for increasing my flexibility? I'm just not getting the flexibility I would like from my legs, hips, and back these days and it's putting some significant limitations on my BJJ game. I used to have great flexibility and I'm desperate to get it back. Please help!
Ryan Hall did a decent DVD that you can actually get for the price of shipping and handling from Lloyd Irvin still. The ad (like most of Lloyd's marketing) seems shady, but I got it, and don't get much junk mail from him, in fact most of the stuff he sends is pretty cool to both email and home.
The DVD isn't crazy advanced, and it doesn't walk you through the routine like a yoga or pilates DVD would, but it does teach and explain many great stretches for all the areas needed in BJJ and grappling. Definitely great for people in your situation.
