I love these kinds of threads - it's always good to have a huge vocabulary of mobility exercises as it makes constructing a warm up or circuit training programs more interesting to design and variable.


pretty impressive. to me it's functional and efficient in that the drills are the movements that you would do in the sports. better than jumping jacks imo.
