Floor Systems?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a floor system? Or have any pro's or con's on floor systems you may be training on? I am looking at systems that require putting the foam down first, then a vinyl cover goes over the top. Depending on the manufacturer the cover either is stapled to a wooden perimeter, or the cover will have grommets and those are nailed or screwed to a wooden perimeter, or some have velcro to make the connection. Another particular system I'm looking at from Tiffin Mats has a tensioning system where tension straps are used. I'm looking at about 1000 sq/ft.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks.

If you run the vynl under 3" floor molding and screw the molding down flat on the floor, you won't need tensioners and gromets or straps. The foam will provide tension if you flatten the vynl out good when fastening it to the floor.

We did this and it worked great. We used a folding table upside down to flatten out the cover and started on one side sliding it along to tighten the mat.

For a look at it, kbjj.com. You may have to wait for the class pict to cycle in on the home page. It alternates with other photos.
