In the second clip I'm curious as to how much power he can create while being flate footed and not rotating while punching.

Yeah I seen that video last year. I just started teaching kids, never done it before but the guy that owns the gym talked me into it. Thought it would be like romper room but I teach them the same drills and at least these kids train as hard as my grown-ups. What was a surprise was, I either have to get down on my knees or I have to bend over to work with these damn midgets. (No disrespect to any Midgets in the JKD Forum)

My kids competed in the Golden Gloves this weekend and no joke, there was a young kid there that had to be younger than ten that could have smoked all of the fighters there technically.  His pad work was amazing and the pad work his Dad put him through was beautiful.  Strong, fast, technically sound all while being able to talk to his Dad while he was hitting the pads.
