thanks for the vid
always welcome guys =P
Seems like Forrest started talking more serious a little more after he was asked about running out of the cage (towards the end of the vid). Not sure what to make of the interview. Seems like he doesn't feel like explaining shit anymore and just gave a half ass effort at being pleasant.
Thanks for posting.

That was a really good and interesting interview
up
ttt
wow, Anderson really messed up with him.
He sounds confused and evasive.
I don't judge though, if i was a famous fighter with a book saying how tough i am and i go through a fight like that, yeah thats hard to take.
Wow, it sounds like Forrest is no longer sure of himself. You fall off the horse, you get back on. Forrest sounds like he doesn't even want to deal with the questions. Seemed to handle the questions like an immature HS student who got his ass beat and doesn't want to talk about it anymore.
I'd say that was an akward interview.
Reminded me of Lampley and Mayweather last weekend.
I love Forrest's quirkiness. For him, that interview's not awkward at all.
I think we finally saw Griffin for what he is.An arrogant wanker.
4 ltr
wow.. that was awkward. Forrest seems to have some mental issues
Never been a big fan of Forrest Griffin. I honestly think that the UFC needed a poster boy, and that they used the Griffin/Bonnar fight to make Forrest that poster boy. He is a funny dude and the fans love him, but never was very good. Fact is he loses to legit compeation most of the time. The only exceptions are the Rampage fight (which was more Rampages fault for not taking the fight seriously IMO) and the Shogun fight (which was a total farce...Shogun shouldn't have even been in the ring that night!)I don't want to piss everyone off here. I think Forrest is cool and he has improved as a MMAist since his time on TUF, but he's still not as good as a lot of people think, and when you put him in the cage with someone on Silvas level, this is whats going to happen every time!
That dude has issues.
Thank you for posting this.
Forrest played that well. He laughed a little, he showed how the loss was still painful, and he wasn't comfortable with fame and people liking him.
The human side comes through
I actually liked the interview. Made him seem to be a real person. He got beat badly, what do you expect him to say?
