In other news...water is wet. 

Cathedral Beach in Northern Spain? 

It means that at some point that area was covered by earth then water. That is a very large mass to be petrified. Would not surprise me if there were some errors made when that area was analyzed. 

I would guess Australia - it has the oldest known fossil record in the world. Its where the rock came from where they discovered the Cambrien explosion.

That’s merely a tide line in the Bay of Fundy.
