I have to agree with him on this. The guy is a MMA pioneer and the first UFC Middle Weight (later named LHW) Champ among numerous other major accomplishemnts in MMA.

You cant pick and choose you're legends. They solidified through out the years by there body of work and accomplishments. Frank is one of those who has done more then enough for the sport, for the UFC to be considered a legend in MMA and in the UFC HOF.
One you start nitpicking and not including certain legends in you're HOF you're HOF becomes a sham. Which no offence it already is

It's so childish that the UFC ignores a big part of their history over a petty feud. Frank Shamrock ruled the UFC in the late 90s. 
No question HOF material. Agree with the above that the UFC HOF loses legitimacy if they don't include people because of issues outside of their career/performance in the UFC.

Not a fan of his personality, and I think his commentating skills are atrocious. But his reign in the UFC was absolutely an important part of UFC history, and MMA history in general. Frank is a legend, bottom line.
