is amazingly crisp. I noticed this against Renzo and Cesar, but thought that it may have been more a case of his opponents. Tonight he worked Baroni standing like no one I have seen. Working with Mo Smith for 10 years could probably make anyone into a beast standing.

I would like to see Frank vs a guy like Cung--that would be big-time excitement

The "Baroni is training with TOMPKINS" hype was a bit much. No disrespect to Tompkins though...
