I agree that Maragrito is too big and too strong...but I won't count Manny out.

Paul Williams isn't a big enough draw yet amazingly enough. He just fought like weeks ago and nobody gave a shit.
Margarito is too big for Pacman, his chin is incredibly strong I can't see it happening.
Manny should go down to 140 and fight Hatton in a big payday.

Roach is dead on. If Cintron can't hurt Margarito then Pacman would get handled. Cintron is one of the hardest punchers in the division and even his clean shots weren't enough. It takes either an awkward style (like Paul Williams) or someone who can flat out out box him (which isn't likely) to beat Margarito.
Hatton Pacman in Wembley would sell out 90,000 seats EASILY.
