Anybody know a reliable one? (for non spam uses).
Someone I work with wants to send a bulk email to organisation she is part of (about 3k people) - is there a free/cheap way to do this.
Mail Chimp is a good one but only does 2,000 people for free.

Aweber has a 30 day trial for $1 I think.
Is this a one time mailing, or will it be ongoing?

If the software isn't too expensive they could buy it.
