Free Chicago Open Mat

Hey guys,

Just a head's up that every Saturday from 11am to 1pm our school has

free open mat to anyone who wants to train.  You can come from any other

school, or swing by with no experience, or if you're in Chicago from out of town.

It's every Saturday and always free.

Jay is a great instructor and competitor. Good chance to roll with him and his guys.

I think I'll come Saturday maybe.

I suck.  But will be a good time I am sure.

We'd love to have you swing by. The idea behind free open mat is as much for networking as it is for good training. Meet other people into BJJ/MMA, good training, different partners, etc.

I am sooooo not flexible =P

We've got a guy who's so not flexible we nicknamed him rigor mortis

Jay, are you going to the TFC on 9/15?

If I was in Chicago- I'd be there teaching you a thing or two- Mr. So-called Murdock!  Everyone knows you are the DareDevil!

Het Jay,

Travis here from the Quad Cities. We chatted some what when I was at the Fit Plex in Chicago. Its been some time you might not recall.

Please send me an email so I can put you on the mailing list for the SASQUATCH OPEN.

Maybe a another super fight?

Thanks

Travis

Do you have an open mat any other times besides on saturday? I don't get off work until 1:00 and I only get off one saturday a month. Do you guys ever run that any later by chance?

djones, I'll probably go watch Jeff's fight. He's been training over here and I'm excited to see his return.

Hey Travis, jayvalko@gmail.com. I'd be up for a superfight or I've got two tough guys that I'm looking to get more name recognition for that would be up for it.

simpleman, as of right now we only do Saturdays. I can't add too many free open mats, no one would come to regular class. We may start an open boxing on Fridays, but you'd have to be a regular student for that.

By the way, we're offering first two weeks free right now, so if you're in the area and thinking about trying a new place you'll get two free weeks no strings attached. After the two weeks you can sign up or not. The Saturday open mat will always be free. Even if you took the two weeks and decided not to sign up you are still welcome on Saturdays.
