No, as far as I know, they don't give away TV's.
Although the salvation army thrift store where I live has a shitload of old style tube TV's for next to nothing.
Not only that, you have to have a house to put the cable in!

FOX is not a cable channel. It's a free broadcast network like NBC, ABC and CBS. You don't need cable. Buy an antenna and you'll probably get FOX.

I used to have an antenna and I was never able to get ABC, NBC, or CBS. I did however get CBC and CFCN.
Depends on where in your house you put it, how powerful the antenna, indoors vs. outdoor, what type of antenna, etc, and where you live if you get good reception. All I'm saying is Fox is a free channel.
