free standing heavy bag any good?

I am doing a home gym in my garage and am unable to hand my 6ft banana bag.

I saw that Ringside has a free standing heavy bag, and the demo they show for it looks pretty good.

Anyone have any opinions on this? Also, how do you think kicks would work on it if one decided to practice that?

THe RIngsidebag is very good. I recommend getting the Thai Attachment.

try one of the spring loaded free standers. they work real nice.

gives you something to time and chase
