Great vid.

I might add that one of the best ways to AVOID lockdown, is to lock your own triangle as soon as you enter top half guard. Then control and start your pass. I have bad knees, and lockdown puts tremendous amount of pressure on them. I can't allow someone to put me in it. So I immediately lock my triangle, then get my control and attempt my passes without ever putting my foot in a position to get locked-down
