Who gets it
C'mon man. If you're going to create a silly, unoriginal thread... at least be funny.
Actually, that would be awesome to watch
Deja vu for the win.
BJ always had a great chin, he could have probably weathered the storm and taken CM down
Lol conor would of been subbed in 1st 20 seconds
Gorilla_keylock -Lol conor would of been subbed in 1st 20 seconds
Uh, no
He would be teeing off on Bj's head for a good 3 minutes.
After that, who knows
BJ via RNC
current BJ Penn takes it.
well of course not,but id root for him.
Conor's stand-up is on another level from BJ - and Conor isn't even in his prime yet and continues to improve. BJ was great for his time but the revisionist history is awfully strong here...
Conor would crush the most overrated fighter in UFC history.

AGHH GAH GAH GOBBBLE GAG MUMBLE HUNG WITH FLOYD GOBBLE GAG CHOKE
Kebab Warrior -I'm far from a Conor nuthugger, I'm just realistic. I'm a fan of BJ, but he is the most overrated fighter in the history of the sport.EBD75 - Conor's stand-up is on another level from BJ - and Conor isn't even in his prime yet and continues to improve. Just look at the last fight Fedor had versus BJ's. Fedor was 40 and lost to a top 15 fighter in Mitrione and all we heard was how it just proved he was overrated, fought cans his entire career, etc. BJ on the other hand loses at 38 to a gatekeeper like Siver and he's "unmotivated." How many losses does he get to use the unmotivated excuse for? He had a great career but he's barely a .500 fighter at the end of the day. Call me a nuthugger if you want but Conor is simply better.
papa pump -so did Alvarez but look at how many times he got knocked down.BJ always had a great chin, he could have probably weathered the storm and taken CM down

Nothing wrong with being a nut hugger. Conor lost to nate diaz, one of BJs proteges on TUF.
What is your point? Playing MMA math, Conor also starched Siver, who just beat Penn.

but the thread title asked about "motivated BJ Penn". If you don't know what that means ... oh never mind.
BJ in his prime all day.
The next generation is better than the last, with few exceptions (since styles make fights in MMA). This is not one of those exceptions. Conor is light years ahead on the feet; BJ way better on the ground. The only question here is could BJ get the takedown. No. Not against a dynamic striker with a better stokes, footwork, and a mastery of distance. All respect to Baby J though.
