My docotor was relentless in her insistance that I stop eating beef and eat roo instead. She has won. The transformation of my diet is complete. I have swapped, though I might give the hormone free, organic beef range at Coles the once over.

Kinda, though I was looking at some that was looking good tonight.
ALSO, there IS a downside to eating roo.
It's full of Adrenalin! So you feel really jumpy for a few hours after you've eaten, especially after you've eaten a whole rump of one of those cute little fuzzy ones :) So, it's no good for a midnight snack as you can see by the time of this post.
