Some days I feel like I can't get full. What kind of things can I do to keep from feeling like porky pig. What foods fill you up?
trying eating a higher proportion of (healthy) fats. a salad with olive oil, some cheese, whole milk (if you can). Fat induces satiety more effectively than other things iirc.

This is very true. When I have already had lunch but still want to keep on eating, I get a packet of tuna, mix the contents with a teaspoon of olive oil and a bit of ground pepper. Keeps me from being hungry for hours and I am a pig when it comes to eating.
