I listend to the Tito interview on the Inside the Ultimate Fighter Podcast. When talking about his neck and back injury and his recent surgery, he mentioned multiple times that he was concerned with "paralyzation".
Is that anything like paralysis?

I'm pretty sure that's Titoizm for being paralyzed
Merriam Webster has it listed as part of the 5th definition of "paralyze", so I guess it is the same.
Just the way it sounded, I thought he was having something like a tubal ligation.
