Just wanted it to be known that for Mexican-Spanish Speakers, Dagger is the derogatory term for Gays in Spanish. We call them Punal(es), which translates to Dagger(s). Actually, the n in Punal should have the tilde, the little swiggly line above it. Anyway, it is kind of like saying "sword fighter(s)" in English. Just my 2 centavos.
