gameness elite

i picked one of these up today. It was a little to flashy to pay 250 for but there is gameness warehouse in dallas i went to. The people there are really nice and the lady gave me the GI for 200 even. Has anyone else trained in one of these? im a lil concerned about the built in rash guard.

I bought one of the Gameness "Air" gis this year and it's pretty awesome. My only complaint is that ripstop pants are garbage. The ripstop collar isn't so bad, but my pants ripped in 2 or 3 different places.

so you paid $200 for a Gi that you are concerned about?

yes.sounds stupid i know. BUt they retail for 259 and i was at the warehouse trying them on and they had one that had been washed once. so she sold it to me for 200. i figured i was getting a "good"deal on it. i guess it worse case senario i can cut the rash guard out of it. IMO gameness rocks. never owned another gi,never had a reason to.

i have a platinum and a feather that i have never had a problem with. Except the gameness border that goes around the bottom is tearing off. i think the air pants are made out of something that resembles parachute pants. I just thought it was great to be able to walk into a place and try on gis.

There is a review of the Elite on youtube, other than that I don't know anything about except it is out of my budget.

I have been looking into getting one, please post a review when you can.

Elite is a great Gi, though after long training the rashguard lining sometimes gets sticky and annoying. The Gameness feather is my current favorite. Phone Post

Going to roll at lunch so we will see..also, i am one of those guys that likes to roll without a rash guard or tshirt under my gi so i can see the built in rash getting annoying. I will just cut the damn thing out if i dont like it.

first roll. pants are too long tied all the way up to my belly button. I have a seamstres here at work. no prob there. Yhe shoulders are rather large and the sleeves are right at my wrist. i prefere a little shorter. i washed in cold and dried on hot last night hoping for shrinkage, will repeat again. The gi was great not to hot and the rash guard worked great. i felt it after class and it was wet.im used to rolling in a feather and sometimes in a platnium i would say the elite is closer to the feel of feather. IMO its great just hope the kimono shrinks a bit.

Im a gameness affiliate and happen to have the elite. It will shrink over time. But so far im liking the feather and the singles that are not being made anymore.

I found the Air gis jackets were too small and prefer the sinlges over the Air Gis. Phone Post
