Getting better at side rolls?

What things would you suggest a person do if they want to get better at their side rolls (I am talking about performing them in a Folkstyle Wrestling environment)?

Are there any specific drills that one can do to get better at them? Or does getting better at them simply involve getting better and better and "reading" an opponent's movements, or developing a "feel" for the move?
