Thanks to Leif and Chris I put a Gi on for the first time Thursday and today won first place in my division and placed 3rd in the open division at the Tourney...I really appreciate the help guys and I'm so looking forward to my first NO GI and first MMA!!!!! I love SPARTAN fitness...
