I don't understand what some of you are saying
are you saying 'Gina is a real fighter, therefore her faking is better than the other more beautiful actress's faking, because I believe her pretend fighting more and it lends realism to the fake thing I am watching'
if that's what you're saying, would you also start watching pro wrestling if Tito Ortiz got into it, and would you then 'buy into' wrestling more because it's a real fighter doing it
in a nutshell, what I'm saying is, I'm pretty sure this movie will still have BSHH sounds for punches and so on, and people taking it in turns to do moves on each other while groaning
nothing to get excited about really, unless it's got a good story, which being that it's a soderbergh film, I would venture to say that it does not, but there will be enough cool music and snazzy camera stylings that you don't notice hopefully

Mostly from watching his films over the years... I was very excited at first with his cool crime films but then I realized Out of Sight is only good insofar as it was based on a novel by Elmore Leonard... The Limey was likewise exciting-looking until I watched it and found it to be largely style over substance... since then it's been mostly remakes and adaptations for him, just filmed in his smug-sexy style... pretty much gave up on him after Ocean's 11, then began to actually despise him after he raped and murdered the Russian masterpiece Solyaris... in a nutshell he's not a writer, he can't write, he lacks the sensibility, and good writing is where good plots come from... he adapts stuff or he brings in screenwriters to create a story for him to film ... I will check out haywire because of Gina but I'm really not too bothered to watch any more films from him since he is happy to release forgettable films that just look real nice... I don't consider him a real artist at all... I would happily watch an advertisement directed by him though, I think that's his real calling more than film as an art form... just my opinion, thanks again for listening

hahah, pretty much what I was thinking.. well put. Its a fucking action movie like any other action movie....and I refuse to pay attention to any review that refers to channing tatum as "talent". Hes gotta be in my top 10 worst actors of all time.
Let's make a big deal over 100% after 9 reviews! Uh oh must be a big time movie. How about when theres like 20-25 reviews and it's still 100% then still give a shit. Until then it's just bs.
