Give me a “Low and Slow” rib recipe.

Flavour is better if you salt/season the night before and leaves them wrapped overnight. 


you can just season it heavier right before cooking. They still come out great

Get an aluminium baking pan like you would cook a turkey in. Make sure you remove the membrane on the back of the ribs. Put ribs in pan top with dry rub of your choice and brown suger, put a small amount of water in the bottom of the pan and cover everything with foil tightly crimped on the pan.

Cook for 3 hours at 300'

Remove ribs from pan and spread BBQ sauce on top, broil until sauce caramalizes....


Pressure cooker and finish on the bbq.
