Maybe a silly question, but is there no need for a double mouthguard? I really like having a double with a big breathing hole like the WIPSS, but it's a pretty damn lousy fit and feels pretty loose which i assume is bad :)
I mean didn't Karo have his mouthpiece (single) in when his tooth got knocked out? (not saying it was your mouthpiece, have no idea relaly, just in general).
