I'm a former Gjj student and I know how easily a Gjj bb can take your leg's away from you. But was anyone else surprized at the ease in which Glamrock was taken down ? I understand this is what Renzo does for a living , but on the other hand , it's what Glamrock also does, they fight !! If Shank's goal was to keep the fight standing , then he failed miserably . I'm from the N.Y. area , and although I'm not a big Phil Baroni fan ,I would like to see a win from a local boy . I know Baroni is no Renzo in the takedown dept. , but he is a former wrestler and from what Glamrock displayed tonight , a GnP victory is not out of the question.
Baroni is no Renzo in the TD dept, because his takedowns are a helluva lot better.

I bet Paulo Filho and Matt Lindland laugh at Renzo's takedown abilty. Either one of those two would fucking grind Frank through the mat while he tried to stall for a standup and throw his illegal blows.
After watching that last night I think a Baroni-Menne type ending isnt out of the question with Frank getting KOed

Filho and Hughes are definatly on another planet when it comes to takedowns.
If Frank is in the N.Y.area ,I would love to sit down with him and discuss possible rematch stratedgy . But I don't contact anyone . Frank's a millionaire , if he has a problem with what I posted , contact me through this site , and I'll gladly meet with him in Jersey or the city . Until then , grow up and let me post my opinion . Its easy to be a computer warrior. Yes its my opinion and take it how you want.What credentials do you have to talk like you can coach him? In most of Frank's fights he ends up on bottom then guess what happens after that? Ask Kevin Jackson,Tito Ortiz, and now your hero Renzo.
So yes your entitled to your opinion and im sure Frank will be going to the east coast to look you up. :)
I dont think Josh was out of line cause Franks is not known to be a very good wrestler, but he is a very good fighter.
