My bed is old. really really old. So I need a new one.
I want a king size bed and I hate soft beds so I will be looking for a firm mattress. Other than that I am hoping to spend less than a grand but I am guessing it will be closer to 1500. Any recommendations of brands/types of beds I should look at?
We bought a cali king Bed in a Box. They have really good reviews online. Sort of firm memory foam and much cheaper than Tempurpedic. We had upgraded from a queen pillow top and it's the best. Highly recommend looking into it. 
Tempurpedic . It's is warm, but I'll be damned if it isn't the most comfortable bed I've ever had.
Something with decent bounce so that when you are hammering away on your woman, the bed does half the work for you.
I guess back support and comfort is important too.
Get a California King.
It's about 4 inches more narrow than a King, but 4 inches longer.
It should be perfect for your height. 
Get an eastern king. Length is for show, girth is for function

The little fellow saved my life when I had neck + back problems. Today I'm good as new due to it:
1. Spend 100 bucks on this pillow
2. Get a hard but cheap bed
3. ???
4. Profit. (Literally!)

Wouldnt the bed be highly damaged? I imagine a wrecking ball could hurt a mattress.
