I understand this S&C but I think my elbow issue started as I got heavier into deads etc. Any luck effectively making this shit go away? I bought a Theraband Flexbar and use it often (Reverse Tyler Twist) It feels good for a short time thenits back.
Had it on and off for many years. Tried the Teraband flexbar without much results, maybe I didn’t do it enough/correctly. Better grip and wrist strength seems to take some load off the tendon. It also has something to do with scapular control/stability. I feel like being able to generate more tension above and below the elbow so the load spreads over more muscles when you lift is the key to get rid of it.
Don’t do stupid shit that makes it hurt
Don’t sleep on your side/elbow
