Like the title says, anyone got recommendations for a good, no-nonsense type bodyweight program? Something that covers the core exercises but is also varied enough to ward off monotony, as well as offering workouts for 30, 45/60, or even 90 days.
Thanks!
Go to rosstraining.com. Ross has some great programs.
I do a routine I made up, jus do 100 pushups 40 pullups 50 dips only rest 1 min between sets and just run through the sets in order. Only takes about 25 min half hr n then u can go run a couple miles

I've done that. Quite freaking simple. Pullups, pushups and squats. More progression if you're advanced, just click on the bottom of the first page.
Also Rosstraining has good sample workouts.

If constant variation is the key, try the deck of cards.
Stew Smith has great programs.
Never Gymless by Ross Enamait, one of the best books on bodyweight exercise includes plans for all levels lots of variety in the book too.
I got one:
Dips. Pullups. Pistols (or step ups, skater squats, etc).
Repeat.
Burpees! Repeat.

Pistol is a one legged squat, one leg stuck straight out in front of you.
I heard they're bad for your knees, though?
This was linked to the above video. Good way to finish up after rolling.
This is a good workout and can be done anywhere.
