That shit was brutal. One of the worst ball shots I've ever seen, like full on, direct hit in the dick.
Felders got balls of steel to take that, or one hell of a cup. Didn't even sit in his corner after the round.
VU for a gif of that if someone has it.
Spinning testicle trasher imo
Edson Ballbusta
Anyone know if that was a UFC record for "spinning shit" thrown in a single fight? Had to be...
Watched it 4 times in a row last night. Amazing striking battle. I would pay to see those two fight every month.
Dude didnt even take the full 5 minutes either, guys a beast.
Shitle Tot - Edson BallbustaLmao. VU

Imagine Barbosa in ufc 1. He'd spinning cock kick everyone in oblivion.
I don't get how you can break the rules blatantly like that and not get a point deducted
Chaelismyhero - I don't get how you can break the rules blatantly like that and not get a point deductedI agree. It's like everyone gets one free nutt shot per fight. How is that any different than kneeing a downed opponent in the shoulder but accidentally kneeing his head. Immediate point deduction.
It should be like high sticking in hockey. On purpose or by accident, you're still getting a penalty.

Fucking awful replay
Fence grabs, eye pokes, holding the gloves/shorts, kneeing/kicking head of (legitimately) downed opponent should all be a point taken automatically
A spinning technique like that where you can't see exactly where your opponents berries are at when the kick lands is a little harsh to take a point automatically.
On the other hand, Rafael Natal came out and straight up kicked Uriah Hall right in the junk; no glancing leg kick that missed it's target, straight up the pipe into the nuts. That should have been a point, you couldn't make it look any more intentional.

This. What's the point of giving warnings during the fight? Everyone got their warnings in the back when the rules are gone over; once they're in the cage it's a foul and should be penalized. Right now they just encourage recklessness and rule-breaking because everyone knows you get one freebie before you're penalized.
It's an accidental foul. No way should a first offense should be a point. Not on blatant accidents.
Now INTENTIONAL knees do downed opponents or shorts/fence grabbing is a totally different story.
Intent is key.
So you're kicking someone's ass and up on all score cards. He steps inward as you're already throwing an inside leg kick...
You guys really think that should be a point and possibly cause a draw or a loss for someone winning a fight? Ridiculous

Yes. I do.
What's the point of even having rules if you're allowed to break them multiple times and nothing happens?
I thought Paul won that fight. He stunned Edson a few times,Edson's eye was fucked up bad,Edson kicked him in the nuts,he was more aggressive
I mean it was close but I had Paul winning.
In for gif

There is a difference for a reason.
The fact you though Barbosa lost is also fucking crazy. One knuckle hit him in that eye. That wasn't accumulated damage it was all from one punch in the beginning of the first.
Edson clearly out struck him in rounds 2 and 3. He was faster to the strikes all fight and landed the cleaner harder strikes overall. You can focus on a swollen eye from one punch if you want....did you happen to see dudes rib cage when he was raising his hands at the end. He took so many hard shots it practically broke the skin and made him bleed. Looked like he had been whipped repeatedly.
Clear 29-28.

Chaelismyhero -Multiple times? Go on...FETT_Lay'n'PrayNINJA - So you're kicking someone's ass and up on all score cards. He steps inward as you're already throwing an inside leg kick...

Again. Intent. If someone is intentionally breaking a rule, I agree (fence grabs, head butts, short grab, downed opponents).
It is ridiculous to argue an immediate point deduction for clearly accidental groin shots. The majority of them would never happen if the OPPONENT hadn't moved during the course of the strike being thrown. It's just not logical at all.
In other sports it doesn't matter if its on purpose or not.
I'm all for NHB but the rules are the rules. You're not suppose to kick someone in the dick and people still do it. Its not the fighters fault. Their going to do whatever it takes to win and their going to do what they know they can get away with.
