Good Hamstring stretches?

My hamstring flexibility sucks monkey nuts. Any particular good ones beyond the standards. Or any tips on how to do the standard ones properly without fucking up your back?

I lie on the ground, with one leg bent at the knee. Then I wrap a towel around the other foot, pull the towel up so the leg is straight and then just raise it up. 30 seconds, then I rotate my foot inward for 30 seconds, then outward for 30 seconds.

Then I do the same shit, except I bend my knee as I do it. Gets in the base of the muscle a little more.

That's stretches my therapist gave me after I ripped mine. They work pretty well.
