Good place to watch the fights in Vegas?

Gonna be in Vegas this weekend with the GF. Couldn't afford tickets to 189 (and have other plans on Sunday so that card is off the table) but still want to enjoy watching the figts somewhere. What place is good? Would like to avoid paying a cover charge but if the experience is worth it, then maybe. I'm going to be staying at a resort place right behind Hooters Casino, so I'm walking distance to the strip (or even MGM). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Watched a couple of cards at Legasse Stadium.

Not a crazy atmosphere or anything, but cool place to get your own table, your own TV.

Think there's a cost per person, but it goes towards food & drink.

Seriously though, Scooters on Rainbow is where I'm going. Come have a beer with a fellow UG'er. Phone Post 3.0

Take a cab. It's quicker and air conditioned Phone Post 3.0

Was hoping to stay closer to the strip otherwise I would. A cab over to lagasse would be fine, called and the said standing room no cover charge too which is cool. Though what I could find online sounded expensive if I wanted to sit down...

Saw another thing online that mentioned Cabo Wabo, and some place inside Treasure island. Anyone got any other recommendations? Thanks

Well, shit, head to Buffalo Wild Wings on South Las Vegas Boulevard. Great atmosphere and is a cheap cab ride south of the strip. I'm a local, I stay away from that mess they call the strip. Phone Post 3.0

In your room with a nice looking escort. Helps pass time between fights. Phone Post 3.0
