has programmes for various distances, from 40 yard dash times up to full marathons. Some interesting tips on techniques etc too. Came across it as I have just volunteerd myself to do a half marathon in the spring. Only after entering did the lads I'm doing it with tell me they normally hit about 1.25 for this distance.
