Being training for a year and a half in BJJ, but in MMA for approx five years, so I think Ive paid my dues.
We were supposed to receive the belts from the late Carlson Gracie himself, so it feels quite an honor to receive it, as I know Carlson Gracie had high standards.

For those of you with a good memory, I posted here a few months ago asking regarding belt standards and was sort of disapp with not being promoted earlier.
During the graduation ceremony our instructor, BB under Carlson Gracie Sr, spoke briefly about each student and said something about the graduation being overdue and that I?ve waited long enough. I felt truly happy, to be honest, and smiled year to year. Until I was attacked by all the other blue belts..
