No gi TKD is much more realistic....except that you have to wear the gi pants at all times to get that awesome snapping sound when you kick.

No-gi TKD is new but TRUST ME, in time it WILL revolutionize not only Sport TKD but point Karate as a whole.
We recently had a guy take 4rd place in the Senior division of the Delaware State TKD Championships. How do you explain that if what we teach is garbage...????
Lots of well known gi-TKD instructors come to my school and say they have never seen stuff like this before. They learn a lot from us.
