Friend is moving. He gave me his leftover Xtend BCAA. Problem is he lost the measuring scoop. From what I have read, I'm supposed to take 2 scoops (approx 10 grams) during workout, and 2 scoops after.
What is the equivalent of 1 scoop (5 grams)? (teaspoon, tablespoon, ???)
I must be a hoarder. I keep the old scoops for every supplement I take.

ProteusSFM, me too. I have an entire drawer in my kitchen filled with old scoops. Haven't touched them in years and for some reason I feel like I still may need them in the future. lol
