Hope that the school blows up. I've been looking at the Gracie Barra schools on the mainland via the net, and the schools seem pretty tight and they all have stand up as well. I'm excited about the possibilities and the fact that I live 2 minutes away. Just hope that he has some evening classes soon.
He's competing in the Pan Am's. Should be back this Tuesday.
What are the fitness/self defense classes?
those are mostly for the women classes, my wife can't wait to join. the classes are a more family oriented one so you can bring your kids.. whenever I go I bring my wife and 2 kids.. they absolutly love it..then we all go eat lunch together..it certainly has strengthen my relationship with them.
Unconfirmed reports say that Rex got a medal. Not sure of what place it was.
