I don't think so. Benson is the better striker and he scrambles way too well to be held down. 
Benson is too fast. I dont see melendez or pettis being able to beat him.
gil or aldo.. possibly pettis again.. gil has better wrestling base than nate for sure though.. aldo has wicked leg kicks, power and as pettis ..speed kills.
